Good therapy starts with feeling comfortable enough to be yourself.

A LITTLE ABOUT EMILY
Therapy with Emily is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, with plenty of room for humor. She brings more than a decade of experience across multiple levels of mental health care, but believes good therapy is about more than clinical expertise - it’s about creating a relationship where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, supported enough to take risks, and challenged enough to make meaningful change.
When she’s not working, you can usually find Emily working on an art project or a DIY, reading, spending time with family and friends, playing with Wonderdog Tulip, or watching something goofy on Bravo or HGTV.

A LITTLE ABOUT COLLEEN
Colleen brings a warm, thoughtful, and whole person approach to therapy. She helps clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, work/life balance, and the many ways our emotional and physical well-being intersect.
Outside of therapy, Colleen loves hiking and being outdoors, yoga, getting lost in a good book, and a really good weekend cup of coffee. She’s also a fan of cooking shows and traveling - especially when the travel involves getting to eat the food she’s been watching people make on TV.

A LITTLE ABOUT TULIP
Tulip is a Gemini, and loves meeting new people and dogs. Her love languages are quality time and physical touch. When she’s not working, Tulip enjoys snacks, going to her playgroup, car rides, walks, and her toys. Tulip does not enjoy bunnies or crate time.
Tulip’s availability depends entirely on whether she is sleeping.
