I believe mental health is connected to everything - our relationships, our bodies, our stress, our routines, and the values we live by. Therapy with me is a space to explore all of those pieces with curiosity and compassion, so you can feel more balanced, connected, and like yourself again.
You are the expert on your life. I’m here to walk alongside you.

So, what’s therapy with me actually like?
Will you give me practical things I can use outside therapy?
Yes. We’ll talk about what’s working, what isn’t, and try realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life - one step at a time.
What does a “whole person” approach actually mean?
It means we look at the full picture - your thoughts, emotions, relationships, routines, environment, habits, values, and the ways stress shows up physically.
Everything is connected, and all of it matters.
What if I’m dealing with several things at once?
That’s normal. Life is rarely neat and organized.
We’ll sort through what feels most important right now and build from there.
Do you incorporate minfulness or the body into therapy?
Often. We may use mindfulness, breathing practices, body awareness, or other grounding practices to help you feel more connected to yourself and manage stress more effectively.
