Our approach

Good therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.

You don’t need to know which type of therapy is “right” for you. We’ll figure it out together. We’ll get to know you, understand what you’re hoping for, and use proven approaches tailored to you.

You don’t need to choose your own therapy.

Therapy isn’t like picking a coffee order. You don’t have to show up knowing what DBT, EMDR, or ACT means. Just bring yourself. We’ll take it from there.

We listen first.

We learn what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you’ve tried before.

We make a plan.

We choose approaches that make sense for you - not the other way around.

We adjust as we go.

Therapy is a collaborative process. If something isn’t helping, we change it.

You’re in charge.

You set the pace, your goals, and what feels right for you.

The approaches we use

We draw from evidence-based therapies and integrate them in a way that fits you.

DBT

For big feelings and real life

DBT teaches practical skills for managing emotions, reducing overwhelm, improving relationships, and building a life you want to be present for.

Good for: intense emotions, self-criticism, anxiety, depression, relationships, impulsivity, eating disorders, and more.

EMDR

For healing from trauma

EMDR is a structured therapy that can help reduce distress connected to difficult memories.

Good for: trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, grief, and distressing life experiences.

ACT

For getting unstuck and living on purpose

ACT helps you accept what you can’t change, get unhooked from unhelpful thoughts, and take steps toward what matters most.

Good for: anxiety, stress, overthinking, self-doubt, life transitions, burnout, and exploring values.

Mindfulness

For more calm and clarity

Mindfulness helps you slow down, tune in, and respond with more intention instead of reaction.

Good for: anxiety, stress, rumination, sleep struggles, and feeling overwhelmed.

Somatic Therapy

For when emotional distress lives in your body

Somatic approaches help you notice physical sensations and patters, build awareness of how emotions show up in your body, and practice ways of feeling more grounded and present.

Good for: stress, trauma, anxiety, chronic tension, and feeling disconnected.

Integrative Therapy

For YOU, not a one-size-fits-all plan

We blend approaches based on your needs, your goals, and what works best for you.

Good for: everyone

What therapy with us might actually look like

Talking things through

In a supportive, judgment-free space where you can fully be yourself.

Learning and practicing skills

Tools you can use in real life, not just in session.

Noticing what is happening in your body

So you can feel more grounded and in control.

Sitting with the hard stuff

At a pace that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Trying something different

Between sessions, with support along the way.
